• Print the download on cardstock. This Neenah Cardstock is my favorite!
• Trim the pennants/banners with scissors and/or a paper trimmer. I use this paper trimmer!
• Score the pennants so they fold easily! I use this scoring tool and run it down the groove in the paper trimmer.
• Add hot glue to the score line and flap that will fold over the wooden dowel. I love my Ryobi Cordless Glue Gun! If you want to add a wooden knob to the top of the dowel either add that on first or make sure to leave about 1/8″ to glue it on.
• Fold the paper flap over the wooden towel. Press firmly until the glue holds.
• You can call it done and use it as is, or you can tie on a few strands of coordinating ribbon/yarn to finish it off!
